In recent months our way of living has changed dramatically following the COVID-19 lockdown restrictions.
Many of us find ourselves with more time at home and outside in the garden exposing ourselves to more UVA and UVB rays. Whether you are out doing essential exercise, enjoying lunch in the garden or taking some time to relax in the sun, I would always recommend using a high SPF to protect your skin and in particular, don't forget your face, neck and chest. Sun damage can happen at any age and become more obvious as we get older. Ever looked at a friend the same age and wondered why their skin looks more clear and more youthful than yours? More than likely they used a high SPF and exposed their skin to less sun during their life time. Why damage your skin for a tan when you can fake it?

Again, it protects your skin from UVA and UVB rays, prevents skin cell damage and helps reduce premature ageing.
Every inch of skin that is exposed to the sun must be protected. Fancy a more luxurious SPF for the body? Decleor SPF 30 Protective Hydrating Body Milk. This light lotion smells amazing and gives holiday vibes from the minute its open. It protects your skin from UVA and UVB rays and has a DNA protection complex made from extracts of Jasmine and Vanilla to prevent premature ageing.
Also one of my favourites is the Decleor Aroma Sun Summer Oil SPF 30 for body and hair. I love that you can use it on your hair, I hate it when my scalp burms and peels on holiday - not a good look. A higher protection oil is something that took me a while to find. I quite like an oil texture when it comes to sun protection becuase is finer and less sticky than a cream. Again this smells amazing and is enriched with Monoi Oil to hydrate. Its water resistant too and doesn't contain mineral oil.
