Delivery

Royal Mail 1st Class Small & Light- 1-2 working days.

Royal Mail 1st Class- 1-2 working days.

Royal Mail Second Class- 2-3 working days.

Royal Mail Special Delivery - Next day before 1pm (Monday-Friday).

Collect in store- Free collection in store.

Our team work to deliver same day dispatch for all orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following day. Whilst we strive to get most of our orders out on the same day of purchase, this may vary if items are out of stock, or during busy periods. In these scenarios we will do our best to keep you up to date with the status of your shipment.

*Bank Holidays will affect dispatch days. All orders placed on a Bank Holiday weekend will be dispatched on the Tuesday directly after the Bank Holiday Monday. There will also be no dispatch on Good Friday of Easter Weekend.*

All orders placed with Beauty Full Time will be sent via the Royal Mail delivery network.

Any address mistakes or changes must be reported by phone 01672 514114 before 3pm otherwise orders will be dispatched as stated on original order.

Our charges for these services are:

All orders to a UK address over £30 qualify for free economy shipping.

International order transit times will vary per destination. Orders leaving the UK may be subject to taxes and duties in the country of destination. Beauty Full Time is not responsible for paying these fees and customers are expected to check the relevant import authorities to understand any cost liabilities before purchasing.

Store Opening Hours

Beauty Full Time is open from 09:00am until 17:30pm, Monday to Saturday and 12:00pm until 16:00pm on Sunday’s. Opening times during public holidays may vary. Orders can be placed online at any time, via this website. Should you make a purchase outside of our normal working hours, we will endeavor to arrange a prompt dispatch of your goods the following day.

Can I place an order without registering?

To place an order with Beauty Full Time, you will need to complete our quick and easy registration process by entering your records for the required information fields at checkout. We need these details to be able to process your order in a timely manner. The more accurate this information is, the quicker our staff are able to process the order and track your purchase history. Please refer to our privacy policy for further information on how your information is used.

If you wish to place an order via the phone or in store, our team will be on hand to help you.

Damaged or missing items.

If you do not receive your order or the goods arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. Please try to document any damage, and include images to help our team make a claim on your behalf with the selected courier. Our sales team will be on hand to help you via the contact number on +44 (0)1672 514114.

If your order is not delivered, please let us know immediately. Any issues regarding non delivery will be taken up with Royal Mail and will take 10 working days to come to a solution. We are unable to initiate a claim until 7 days after the parcels due date.

Returning goods

Beauty Full Time will accept returns for all items that are unopened, still in their original packaging and must be returned within one month of purchase. Before returning any goods, please contact our sales team to get a return number as a reference for the returning shipment. Without a returns number we will not be able to process the return.

If you choose to return an item to us, you will be responsible for paying the cost of postage on the return. If you are returning a faulty item, then you will not be asked to pay the return postage costs in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations.

If goods are returned to us by Royal Mail due to either; failed delivery attempts, or the maxium retention period at a Royal Mail Delivery Office being exceeded the postage will not be refunded.
