Ciate Precious Metal Eyeshadow is a multi tonal gorgeous shimmer loose powder eyeshadow. The formula is fine and easy to apply but gives a real 3D shine finish. The pot comes complete with an eyeshadow primer in the top, a hand mirror and an application brush. This top section then twists of to reveal the loose powder underneath.
